All-inclusive service quality: real-time monitoring, integrated 24/7 telephone support, and replacement of worn and obsolete cables. The service is autonomous and always operational; your teams have absolutely nothing to do and are not involved.
Maximum security to ensure the safety of phones inside the charging lockers:
Hybrid use: the option to leave your phone in the secure charging lockers (Flash&Go), but also to charge via external charging cables (Flash&Use) for those who wish to continue using their phone while charging (50% of usage on average).
Data collection: detailed monthly reports to allow you to measure the service's effectiveness; a survey module (successes) directly integrated into the interface to interact with users and collect data.
