This is particularly the case for the younger generation, including students. 53% of them say that it is an absolutely essential accessory for their schooling, for learning and revising. To facilitate this use, at The Keepers we are developing secure and autonomous services that do not require any work and whose installation is quick and easy. We have developed a phone charging station service for students in schools: the Keeper Flash.
To make students' daily lives easier, we developed our Keeper Flash phone charging station based on our clients' specifications and designed to best meet the needs of a public school and address security concerns. Through field observation, we identified a gap in existing charging locker solutions. Therefore, to meet all smartphone charging needs, we designed our station with two components:
Flash&Go - Secure charging lockers: Your students' phones are safely stored while charging.
Flash&Use - External charging cables: Your students can use their phones while charging.
This hybrid solution improves service for all students in a secure manner, both for those who don't have their cable with them and those who wish to keep their phones while charging.
All-inclusive quality of service: real-time monitoring, integrated 24/7 telephone support, replacement of worn and obsolete cables. The service is autonomous and always functional; your teams have absolutely nothing to do and are not called upon.
Maximum security: to ensure the safety of phones inside the charging lockers:
Hybrid use: possibility of leaving your phone in the secure charging lockers (Flash & Go), but also of charging via external charging cables (Flash & Use) for those who wish to continue using their phone while charging (50% of uses on average).
Data collection: detailed monthly reports to allow you to measure the appropriate sizing of the service; [survey module] (successes) directly integrated into the interface to interact with your students.

A question is asked at the end of use, allowing you to conduct surveys, the results of which are reported to you monthly. Responses are collected while the phone is charging (fresh) and by a machine (neutral), so the user is better able to provide feedback.
