As specialists in enhancing the customer experience for public venues, we designed our phone charging station, the Keeper Flash 360, based on our clients' requirements. To optimally meet the needs of tourist attractions, we created our external battery lending station to address the shortcomings of existing charging locker or portable battery solutions.
To meet all smartphone charging needs, our station consists of three parts:
Secure charging lockers: Allow your visitors to safely charge their phones while exploring your tourist site using our secure lockers. (4 slots - 25% of average usage)
Outdoor charging cables: Your visitors can use their phones while charging. (2 slots - 35% of average usage)
Portable batteries: Offer your visitors the option to borrow portable batteries to stay connected on the go. (12 batteries - 40% of uses on average)
Optimal service quality: real-time monitoring, integrated 24/7 telephone support, and replacement of worn and obsolete cables. The service is self-contained, guaranteeing continuous operation without intervention from your teams.
Data collection: detailed monthly reports on service usage; a customizable survey module (successes) integrated into the interface to interact with your visitors and collect opt-in data.
Maximum security: to ensure the security of phones in charging lockers, we have integrated a code cache, a privacy filter, and a random keypad. For portable batteries, deposits are not made by credit card but by phone number.
Hybrid use: whether it's secure lockers, portable batteries, or self-service cables, there's a solution for all types of customers and all situations. Each charging station is equipped with an iPhone cable, USB B, and USB C to accommodate all smartphones.
In summary, the Flash 360* charging station is the only kiosk that combines three types of charging (external batteries, lockers, and self-service cables) and offers the possibility of developing your own surveys. Developed specifically for public spaces, we can encourage your customers to leave Google reviews, follow you on social media to stay up-to-date, or even survey them about their visit.
