At the heart of urban development and ideally located in cities, train stations are now a living space in their own right. They do everything possible to ensure the traveler experience is the best possible by offering numerous services and shops in line with the new needs of passengers. The objective is to ensure that the time spent in the station is as pleasant as possible. To this end, at The Keepers, we are developing secure and autonomous services that improve the station experience and aim to increase the turnover of shops and restaurants. We have developed a phone charging station service for travelers: the Keeper Flash.
To improve passenger experience and generate revenue for station shops, we developed our Keeper Flash phone charging station based on our customers' specifications and to best meet their needs and address issues related to reception and security. Through field observation, we identified a gap in existing charging locker solutions. Therefore, to meet all smartphone charging needs, we designed our station with two components:
Flash&Go - Secure charging lockers: passengers' phones are safely stored while charging.
Flash&Use - External charging cables: passengers can use their phones while charging.
This hybrid solution improves service for all users in a secure manner, both for those who do not have their cable with them and those who wish to keep their phone while charging.
All-inclusive quality of service: real-time monitoring, integrated 24/7 telephone support, replacement of worn and obsolete cables. The service is autonomous and always functional; your teams have absolutely nothing to do and are not called upon.
Maximum security to ensure the safety of phones inside the charging lockers:
Hybrid use: possibility of leaving your phone in the secure charging lockers (Flash & Go), but also of charging via external charging cables (Flash & Use) for those who wish to continue using their phone while charging (50% of uses on average).
Data collection: detailed monthly reports to allow you to measure the appropriate sizing of the service; [survey module] (successes) directly integrated into the interface to interact with users and collect data.

Thanks to the integrated charging cables, travelers don't need to carry their own charging cable: everyone can therefore use the service.
Our phone charging station helps relieve congestion in areas with high-demand outlets: users don't need to stay next to their phone.
