Today, everyone has a connected device in their hand, and there's a growing need for mobile phone charging. To address this, we at The Keepers are developing an innovative digital solution for everyday life, based on a French innovation, to help residents stay connected and mayors revitalize city centers. We've developed a phone charging station service for residents and visitors while they shop, explore the city, and run errands: the Keeper Flash.
				 To enhance the area's appeal and improve the daily lives of its residents, we developed our Keeper Flash phone charging station based on our clients' specifications, ensuring it best addresses their needs and concerns regarding comfort and security. Through on-the-ground observation, we identified a gap in existing charging locker solutions. Therefore, to meet all smartphone charging needs, we designed our station with two components:
Flash&Go - Secure charging lockers: Residents' phones are safely deposited while charging.
Flash&Use - External charging cables: Residents can use their phones while charging.
This hybrid solution improves service for all users in a secure manner, both those who don't have their cable with them and those who wish to keep their phone while charging.
				 All-inclusive service quality: real-time monitoring, integrated 24/7 telephone support, and replacement of worn and obsolete cables. The service is autonomous and always operational; your teams have absolutely nothing to do and are not involved.
Maximum security to ensure the safety of phones inside the charging lockers:
Hybrid use: the option to leave your phone in the secure charging lockers (Flash&Go), but also to charge via external charging cables (Flash&Use) for those who wish to continue using their phone while charging (50%).
Data collection: detailed monthly reports to allow you to measure the service's effectiveness; a survey module (successes) directly integrated into the interface to interact with users and gather their feedback.

Thanks to integrated charging cables, users don't need to carry their own charging cable: everyone can use the service.
You get a direct return on investment: residents and visitors use the charging time to shop at businesses in the city center.

				 Our phone charging station was developed based on customer feedback to meet specific requirements, incorporating the following innovations:
The ability to charge phones using external charging cables (Flash&Use) for users who want to continue using their phones while charging (this applies to half of our users).
Free 24/7 telephone support directly on the machine, providing a fully autonomous service. Your teams are therefore not involved.
A question asked at the end of each use allows you to conduct studies, the results of which are reported to you monthly. Responses are collected immediately (fresh) and by a machine (neutral), making it easier for users to provide feedback.
In addition, work with an innovative French company and benefit from The Keepers' multi-service approach on our other innovations, such as the motorcycle helmet storage unit (jet helmet) or the marketing survey kiosk (data station) for town halls and local authorities, to improve their daily operations and enhance the region's appeal!
