Cultural and performance venues are evolving to accommodate this change and enhance the fan experience and hospitality. Above all, this allows spectators to benefit from new services, but it also allows venues to improve the experience, increasing their visibility and fostering audience loyalty. With this in mind, at The Keepers, we develop innovative services to activate additional revenue streams in concert halls and VIP suites, and to create an interactive experience. We have developed a phone charging station service for concert and performance venues: the Keeper Flash.
To help venues increase their B2B business with companies, particularly regarding access to connected suites, we designed our solution to meet the specific requirements of VIP areas and suites in concert and performance venues. Furthermore, to address all smartphone charging needs, we designed our charging station with two components:
Flash&Go - Secure charging lockers: spectators' phones are placed inside while charging.
