Cultural and performance venues are changing to allow for this change and this improvement in the fan experience and hospitality. Above all, this allows the spectator to benefit from new services, but also for the venue to improve the experience in order to increase the venue's reputation and build spectator loyalty. With this in mind, at The Keepers, we are developing innovative services to activate additional revenue levers in concert halls and VIP boxes and to live an interactive experience. We have developed a phone charging station service for concert and performance venues: the Keeper Flash.
To help venues increase B2B operations with companies, particularly for access to connected boxes, we designed our solution to meet the precise specifications of VIP areas and boxes in concert and performance venues. Also, to meet all smartphone charging needs, we designed our terminal with two components:
Flash&Go - Secure charging lockers: spectators' phones are left in the charging area while charging.
Flash&Use - External charging cables: spectators can use their phones while charging.
This hybrid solution improves reception and hospitality for all audiences, both those who don't have their cable with them and those who wish to keep their phones while charging.
Optimal service quality: real-time monitoring, integrated 24/7 telephone support, replacement of worn and obsolete cables. The service is autonomous and always functional; the venue teams or service providers have absolutely nothing to do.

A question is asked at the end of use, allowing you to conduct surveys, the results of which are reported to you monthly. Responses are collected while the device is still charging (fresh) and by a machine (neutral), so the user is better able to provide their feedback.
