The time of the match or event as it existed in the past is over. Today we are no longer going to “attend a match” but rather live a “spectator experience”. The connected stadium (smart stadium or stadium 2.0) is being developed to enable this change and improvement in the fan experience and hospitality. Above all, this allows the spectator to benefit from new digital services but also for clubs and stadiums to generate income, before, during and after the match or event. In this logic, we are developing innovative services at The Keepers in order to activate additional revenue levers in VIP spaces, to retain subscribers over the long term and to enjoy an interactive experience. We have developed a phone charging station service for stadiums and clubs: Keeper Flash.
In order to help clubs multiply B to B operations representing the majority of stadium revenues, with companies spending much more than the average spectator, particularly for access to connected boxes, we have designed our solution to meet the precise specifications of the VIP areas of a stadium. Also, to meet all smartphone charging needs, we have designed our terminal with two parts:
Flash&Go - Secure charging lockers: spectators' phones are placed during charging.
Flash&Use - External charging cables: spectators can use their phone while charging.
This hybrid solution improves reception and hospitality for all audiences, both those who do not have their cable with them but also those wishing to keep their phone during charging time.
Optimal quality of service: real-time monitoring, integrated 24/7 telephone support, replacement of worn and obsolete cables. The service is autonomous and always functional, the club teams or service providers have absolutely nothing to do.

A question asked at the end of use which allows you to carry out surveys, the results of which are reported to you monthly. The responses are collected directly (fresh) and by a machine (neutral), so the user is better able to give their opinion.
