The era of the match or event as it existed in the past is over. Today, we no longer "attend a match" but rather live a "spectator experience." The connected stadium (smart stadium or stadium 2.0) is developing to enable this change and improve the fan experience and hospitality. Above all, it allows spectators to benefit from new digital services, but also enables clubs and stadiums to generate revenue before, during, and after the match or event. With this in mind, at The Keepers, we develop innovative services to activate additional revenue streams in VIP areas, build long-term subscriber loyalty, and provide an interactive experience. We have developed a phone charging station service for stadiums and clubs: the Keeper Flash.
To help clubs increase their B2B operations, which represent the largest share of stadium revenue (as companies spend significantly more than the average spectator, particularly on access to connected suites), we designed our solution to meet the specific requirements of VIP areas in a stadium. Furthermore, to address all smartphone charging needs, we designed our charging station with two components:
Flash&Go - Secure charging lockers: spectators' phones are placed in the lockers while charging.
Flash&Use - External charging cables: spectators can use their phones while charging.
This hybrid solution enhances the experience and hospitality for all users, both those without their charging cables and those who wish to keep their phones with them while charging.
Optimal service quality: real-time monitoring, integrated 24/7 telephone support, and replacement of worn and obsolete cables. The service is autonomous and always operational; club staff or service providers have absolutely nothing to do.
Data collection: detailed monthly reports to help you assess the service's effectiveness; a survey module (successes) directly integrated into the interface to interact with spectators and collect data.

Free 24/7 telephone support directly on the machine, providing a completely autonomous service. Club staff or service providers are therefore not involved.
A question asked at the end of each use allows you to conduct surveys, the results of which are reported to you monthly. Responses are collected immediately (fresh) and by a machine (neutral), making it easier for users to provide feedback.
