What we do with your data
Who is responsible

What we collect, and why
- When you fill in a form: your name, your company, your business email address, your phone number if you provide it, your type of business, your request, the page you sent it from and the campaign that brought you to us. This data is used only to reply to you and to follow up on our business discussions.
- When you visit the website: nothing without your consent. If you accept, Google Analytics measures visits (pages viewed, origin, requests sent) without storing your IP address; Google then acts as a processor (see our cookie settings).
Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in following up on our business exchanges. We do not sell or rent your data.
Who has access to it
The Keepers sales team, and our technical service providers: Google (Google Workspace, where requests are stored) and the website host. Google may process data outside the European Union, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Three years after our last exchange, after which the data is deleted.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or request its portability by writing to the address above. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
