“In terms of acquisition, the Ticket Station lets us reach new audiences and grow our customer base.”

5 Ticket Stations since October 2023
The Ticket Station sells tickets for your matches in shopping centres and busy public places, in your club's colours. It reaches people who do not yet buy tickets, without tying up your staff.
The Ticket Station at a glance
A club fills its stands first with its regulars, who buy online or at the box office. To reach everyone else, you have to go where they are: that is the role of the Ticket Station.
It is a fully automated physical ticket vending kiosk, installed in shopping centres and high-footfall locations. It promotes upcoming matches and lets people buy a ticket in a few taps on the touchscreen, the moment the urge strikes. Between sales periods, it keeps people talking about the club with activations and prize draws.
On average, 87% of tickets sold on our kiosks are additional sales that would not have happened elsewhere.
This kiosk is available for rent. The rental includes supply of the kiosk, upkeep, maintenance and 24/7 support, for the venue's staff and users alike.
Different places, different uses
Shoppers find out about the next match while doing their shopping, and buy their ticket on the spot, without going through the club's website.
Where advertising space is expensive, the kiosk both promotes the club and sells tickets.
Every home match goes on sale on the kiosk, which is branded in the club's colours.
The same principle applies to a show or a visit: reaching an audience that would not have come of its own accord.
For your club
Direct, often spontaneous purchases from people who were not used to buying tickets.
The club is visible every day in very busy places, where advertising is expensive.
The data collected on these new supporters lets you personalise your offers and bring them back to the stadium.
We supply the kiosks in your colours, provide maintenance and a 24/7 phone helpline, and put every home match on sale.
The first Ticket Stations were built from our hand sanitiser dispensers from the Covid period: we reused 95% of their parts.

Raphaël Croizard, Ticketing and Marketing Manager, OGC Nice
“By being present in very busy places such as shopping centres, we go out to meet the public and make it easier for curious passers-by and fans to buy.”
Guillaume Raboud, Head of Customer Service, Genève Sports (Genève-Servette Hockey Club and Servette FC)
For venues open to the public
A single venue can combine several kiosks.
