A kiosk that listens
to your visitors

The Data Station collects your visitors' feedback, signs them up to your loyalty programme or gets them to download your app, right on a touchscreen at the heart of your venue. It comes with or without a hand sanitiser dispenser.

What is it for?

The Data Station at a glance

The most useful feedback is gathered on site, while visitors are living the experience. The Data Station sits at the heart of your venue and invites them to answer in a few seconds on its touchscreen.

Answers are given to a machine rather than a person, which makes them more candid. In its sanitiser version, the kiosk also dispenses a dose of scented, moisturising hand sanitiser gel: a small gift that makes people stop and draws lots of visitors, around 4,000 a month on average.

This kiosk is available for rent. The rental includes supply of the kiosk, upkeep, maintenance and 24/7 support, for the venue's staff and users alike.

What does it collect?

Depending on what you want to know

The kiosk is configured to match your objectives. It can:

  • measure the satisfaction of your visitors, for example with the NPS, the score that shows whether they would recommend you;
  • invite them to leave a Google review, to improve your rating and your online visibility;
  • sign them up to your loyalty programme or get them to download your app;
  • run a competition (prize draw, instant win, quiz), collecting email addresses and phone numbers with their consent;
  • promote your job vacancies, your gift card or your events.

Results are displayed in real time on an online platform, by venue and by period, and can be sent directly to your own tools. Data collection complies with the GDPR, the European regulation on personal data.
