Thanks to field observation, we noticed a gap in existing phone charging solutions. This is why, in order to meet all charging needs, we have designed our terminal with 3 distinct parts:
Portable batteries: visitors can borrow a portable battery to stay connected during their visit with the only deposit being their telephone number.
Secure charging lockers: visitors' phones are placed during charging in lockers locked by a code chosen by the user.
Exterior charging cables: visitors can use their phone while charging using self-service cables.
This hybrid solution makes it possible to provide a complete and adequate solution to all users in a secure manner.
An all-inclusive service: real-time monitoring, integrated 24/7 telephone assistance, replacement of worn and obsolete cables. The service is autonomous and always functional, your teams have absolutely nothing to do and are not requested.
Maximum security: In order to ensure the safety of phones inside the charging lockers, the machine has a code cover, privacy filter and random keypad.
Hybrid use: possibility of leaving your phone in secure charging lockers (25% of uses on average), borrowing a portable battery (40% of uses on average) but also recharging your device via charging cables exteriors (35% of uses on average).
Data collection: detailed monthly reports, [customizable survey module] (successes) directly integrated into the interface to interact with users and collect their opinions.
