				 To enhance visitor experience and appeal, we developed our phone charging station, the Keeper Flash, with the specific needs of museums in mind. Through our field observations, we identified a gap in existing charging locker solutions. To meet all smartphone charging needs, we designed our station with two distinct components:
Flash&Go - Secure Charging Lockers: Visitors can safely place their phones inside while they charge.
Flash&Use - External Charging Cables: Visitors can use their phones while they charge.
This hybrid solution improves service in a secure way for all users, regardless of whether they have their own cable or wish to keep their phone while it charges.
				 All-inclusive service quality: Real-time monitoring, 24/7 telephone support, and replacement of worn cables. The service is self-contained, so your teams are not involved.
Maximum security: Code blocking, privacy filtering, and a randomized keypad ensure phone security.
Hybrid usage: Option to leave your phone in secure lockers (Flash&Go) or charge it via external cables (Flash&Use).
Data collection: Detailed monthly reports to measure service sizing and an integrated survey module to interact with users and gather their feedback.
