Some have long understood this principle and integrate numerous innovations into their operations to attract and retain customers. Following this logic, at The Keepers, we develop innovative services to activate emotional levers and enhance the visitor experience, enabling sharing of experiences on social media to make them more interactive and contribute to increasing the park's visibility. We have developed a phone charging station service for theme parks and amusement parks: the Keeper Flash.
To allow visitors to recharge their phone batteries during an attraction or game session and retrieve them securely upon exiting, we designed our solution to meet the specific requirements of leisure facilities. To address all smartphone charging needs, we designed our charging station with two components:
Flash&Go - Secure charging lockers: Visitors deposit their phones while charging.
Flash&Use - External charging cables: Visitors can use their phones while charging.
This hybrid solution improves the visitor experience and hospitality for all users, both those without their charging cables and those who wish to keep their phones with them while charging.
Optimal service quality: real-time monitoring, integrated 24/7 telephone support, and replacement of worn and obsolete cables. The service is autonomous and always operational; on-site staff have absolutely nothing to do.
Data collection: detailed monthly reports to help you measure the service's effectiveness; a survey module (successes) directly integrated into the interface for interacting with users and collecting data.

The ability to charge your phone using external charging cables (Flash&Use) for visitors who want to continue using their phone while it charges, for example, during a break in a food court.
Free 24/7 telephone support directly on the machine, providing a completely autonomous service. Park staff are therefore not involved.
A question asked at the end of each use allows you to participate in surveys, the results of which are reported to you monthly. Responses are collected immediately (fresh) and by a machine (neutral), making it easier for users to provide feedback.
