With this in mind, at The Keepers, we are developing innovative services to activate emotional levers and improve the visitor experience, to allow the sharing of their experience on social networks to make it more interactive and to contribute to increasing the park's reputation. We have developed a phone charging station service for theme parks and amusement parks: the Keeper Flash.
To allow visitors to recharge their phone batteries while they're enjoying an attraction or a game, we've designed our solution to meet the precise specifications of leisure spaces. To meet all smartphone charging needs, we've designed our terminal with two components:
Flash&Go - Secure charging lockers: Visitors' phones are left in the charging area while they're charging.
Flash&Use - Outdoor charging cables: Visitors can use their phones while they're charging.
This hybrid solution improves the welcome and hospitality experience for all visitors, both those who don't have their cable with them and those who want to keep their phones while they're charging.
Optimal service quality: real-time monitoring, integrated 24/7 telephone support, replacement of worn and obsolete cables. The service is autonomous and always functional; the on-site teams have absolutely nothing to do.
Data collection: detailed monthly reports to allow you to measure the proper sizing of the service; [survey module] (successes) directly integrated into the interface to interact with users and collect data.

The ability to charge your phone using external charging cables (Flash & Use) for visitors who want to continue using their phone while charging, for example, during a break in a restaurant.
Free 24/7 telephone support directly on the machine to offer a completely autonomous service. Park staff are therefore not involved.
A question asked at the end of use allows you to conduct surveys, the results of which are reported to you monthly. Responses are collected while the equipment is still hot (fresh) and by a machine (neutral), so the user is better able to give their opinion.
